As a practice admin, it's essential to ensure that your clients know when to show up for their scheduled sessions. One way to do this is by sending session reminders. Using the Upheal platform, you can send up to two reminders to your client, each set for a specific time, and activated separately.
Here's how to set your reminders as a practice admin:
Go to your Account settings.
In the left menu, click on Client reminders.
You can now set one or two reminders by selecting the preferred time.
Once you've set your reminders, click Save.
It's important to note that as a practice admin, you'll be responsible for activating the session reminders on behalf of all your team members. Any healing professionals on your team will also be able to see the reminders while booking a session with their clients.

Clients have the option to cancel and reschedule by way of a simple reply. By setting reminders, you can reduce the number of no-shows and ensure that your clients stay on track with their sessions.
