If a technical issue leads to a note that's not quite ideal, you can reprocess your session.
When you reprocess a session, you'll lose any changes you've already made to the generated Progress note. However, anything you've written in the Private note tab won't be affected.
How to reprocess a session
Go to the session page.
Click the three-dot icon near the top of the page.
Click Reprocess session.
To confirm, click Reprocess.
Your session will process for a few minutes, and you'll get a new note.
