Do you use Acuity Scheduling to schedule your calls? Here's how to add your own Uphealer video-calling link to Acuity Scheduling so that it appears on every invite.
In the Upheal app click on your name in the top right corner and select Account Settings.
Navigate to the Integration tab and copy your unique Uphealer link so you can add it to your calendar invitation.
Now in Acuity Scheduling, click on your business profile.
On the left side menu, scroll down and click on Availability.
From the newly visible left menu, click on Calendar, then click on the meeting location (in this example it's a Zoom link) to replace it.
Now paste the Uphealer link (from step 2), and then click Save.
Once your client books a meeting using your Acuity Scheduling link, both of you will receive a confirmation to your calendars with the Upheal link attached to the location.
