How does Upheal for teams work?
When you use Upheal with your team, each team member has their own Upheal account associated with your group practice. Each practice has at least one Admin, who manages all team members at the practice. The Admin can add other providers and administrators to the practice, and they can access and manage other team members' sessions and clients.
Is there a pricing plan for group practices?
Yes, we offer group pricing. Our Team plan features usage-based billing and our most advanced tools.
How many people can I have on my team?
You can have as many providers and additional staff on your team as you need. If you're interested in a paid team plan and have more than 20 providers, please reach out to our Sales team.
Is there a free option for teams?
Yes, your team can use Upheal for free. You’ll get a 14-day full-featured trial, after which you’ll move to our Free plan if you don’t subscribe to a paid plan. Don’t worry, you won’t lose any client or session data.
On our Free plan, you’ll get unlimited notes, but you won’t have access to live session capture options, several note types, or more advanced tools. You can still generate notes from written summaries, dictation, and uploaded recordings, plus use Upheal for secure video calls without note generation.
