Setting session reminders for clients

You can set up automatic email reminders for your clients for sessions scheduled in the Upheal app. The emails include a link to the session.

  1. Go to your Settings.

  2. Click on Client reminder.

  3. Select or deselect the reminder options, and choose your preferred reminder time.

  4. Click Save.

Here's what a session reminder email looks like:

If the client replies to the email, the message is delivered to your email inbox (the one that’s associated with your Upheal account).
