If you need to switch clients for a session that's already processed, you can reassign the session. This moves the session and notes to a new client.
Find the session, either on your dashboard or on the client's page. Or, go to the session page itself.
Click the three-dot icon.
From your dashboard or the client's page:
Or, from the session page:
Click Reassign session.
Choose the correct client, and click Assign.
You can also create a new client at this point if you don't yet have the correct one in Upheal.
Now, you'll see that the session belongs to the new selected client.
