You can delete a whole session and all of its associated data any time. Please be aware that deleting a session is permanent and cannot be undone.
From your dashboard or the session's page, click the three-dot icon.
From your dashboard:
From the session page, at the top of your screen:
Click Delete session.
On the confirmation message, click Yes, delete it.
Your session is now removed permanently from Upheal. Upheal does not keep copies of your data — What we store is always up to you.
