What is virtual session capture?
Virtual session capture is in beta, which means we're still making adjustments.
Our virtual capture session tool lets you capture any session you hold in your browser or in a desktop program without leaving the Upheal app, and with no need to install anything. Afterwards, you get your notes in Upheal as usual.
Using virtual session capture, you can capture sessions:
From your web browser held with an EHR or other online calling tool
From a desktop app, such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams (Windows only)
While wearing headphones π§
Supported browsers and devices
Virtual session capture works in chrome-based browsers including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Brave, and more. Please note that Firefox and Safari are not supported.
β
Virtual session capture is not supported on phones or tablets (including iPads).

Choose the Desktop apps tab, and click Start sharing.
Follow the instructions β Choose Entire screen, switch on Also share system audio, and click Share.
