Go to your Upheal dashboard.
Click on Add client.
Fill in the client’s details, and click Create.
You'll be prompted to choose how to collect consent from your client. Read more on our consent collection page. You can:
Send a consent request via email by clicking Send.
Delay consent collection until later by clicking I’ll do it later.
Confirm independent consent collection by clicking I have consent for session processing.
Once you choose a consent collection option, you’ll be directed to the client’s profile.
Make sure you obtain client consent, whether you’re holding a session with the client on Upheal, using the Audio recorder tool, or uploading any recordings.
