You can add a client without providing their email address. You might want to do this if you hold sessions in person and don’t have any need to email your client.

Without a client’s email address, you cannot hold sessions with them using Upheal’s video calling platform or Upheal’s Zoom app, but you can still use the Audio recorder or upload recordings.

Be aware that if you plan to upload recordings or use the Audio recorder with your client, you'll still need to collect consent to your Practice-Client Privacy Policy.

Adding a new client without an email address

  1. Go to your Upheal home screen.

  2. Click on Add client.

  3. Fill in the client’s details, skipping the email address, and click Create.

  4. You’ll be directed to the client’s profile.
