You can add a client without providing their email address. You might want to do this if you hold sessions in person and don’t have any need to email your client.
Without a client’s email address, the way you hold sessions with them is limited. You won't be able to use Upheal’s own video calling platform or Zoom integration.
However, even without an email address, you can still:
Capture in-person sessions
Use virtual session capture for any online call
Get full notes from written and dictated observations
Upload your own session recordings
Be aware that regardless of how you get notes from Upheal, you'll still need to collect consent to your Practice-Client Privacy Policy.
