During an Upheal video session, you can check your notes from previous sessions.

Click Notes & history in the call toolbar:

The notes tray appears on the right side of your screen, alongside your client. Of course, it's only visible to you.

You can click the arrows to expand each session, and click Private notes to type your own notes during the call.
