If the are any topics during a session that you don't want Upheal to capture in your notes or insights, you can pause Upheal's AI during your session.
Anything said during a pause won’t be reflected in your transcript or notes, or in the audio recording if you choose to keep it.
During an Upheal video call, click Upheal assistant on your toolbar.
Click Pause assistant.
When you're ready to record again, click Resume.
Anything said during the pause will be left out of your notes and transcript.
