Please be aware:
Deleting a client profile removes all of the client's data from Upheal permanently, including notes and insights. If you delete a client, you won’t be able to access any of their session information anymore.
If you'd like to hide your client from your dashboard but keep their profile and information, you can archive the client's profile and restore it at any time.
Deleting a client profile
From your Upheal dashboard, click on the client whose profile you want to delete.
On the client’s profile page, click the settings icon beside the client's name.
Now, in the Edit client window, click on the arrow beside the word Archive to see the Remove option.
Select Remove.
Now, click on the word Remove (not the arrow).
You’ll be asked to confirm if you really want to remove the client. To remove the client, type REMOVE in the space provided, and click Remove.
You’ll be directed to your Upheal dashboard.
