If you want to remove a client’s profile from your home screen, but you don’t want to lose access to their profile and session information including notes and insights, you can archive the client and restore their profile any time.

Archiving a client

From the client’s profile

  1. From your dashboard, click on the client you want to archive to go to their client profile.

  2. Click on the settings icon next to the client’s name.

  3. Click Archive.

  4. To confirm and archive the client, click Archive.

From your settings

  1. Go to your Settings.

  2. Go to Clients.

  3. Click on the three-dot icon on the client’s line.

  4. Click Archive.

  5. To confirm and archive the client, click Archive.

Once you archive a client, you won’t see the client on your home screen. You can restore the client’s profile any time in Settings.

Restoring a client

  1. Go to your Settings.

  2. Click on Clients under Client management.

  3. Click on the three-dot icon on the client’s line.

  4. Click Restore.

  5. To confirm and restore the client’s profile, click Restore.

Once you've restored a client, you can access the client’s profile from your Upheal home screen.
