IMPORTANT: Zoom accounts
Upheal's Zoom app (our third-party extension) is only available for paid Zoom accounts.
If you are not the owner of your Zoom account, you'll need permission from your administrator to integrate a marketplace app. More from Zoom for admins about Zoom apps.
Be aware that to follow HIPAA compliance requirements including protecting sensitive information, you should have a HIPAA-compliant Zoom account. More on Zoom’s HIPAA compliance and setting up compliance.
Setting up Upheal’s Zoom app
In Upheal, go to Settings, click on Integrations, and click on Connect Upheal’s Zoom app.
Click on Sign in with Zoom
Sign in with your Zoom account, then click on Allow.
Upheal and Zoom will connect, and you’ll be redirected back to Upheal. Click on Continue to Zoom to open Zoom, and the Upheal Zoom app will already be installed.
Enter your Upheal account credentials and click on Sign in.
Upheal’s Zoom app is ready.
Note: As a healing professional, you must use the Zoom desktop app on Windows or Mac to run Upheal’s Zoom extension app. (Your clients are free to use the Zoom desktop app, in-browser app, or mobile app.)
Disconnecting Upheal's Zoom app
If you don't want to use Upheal's Zoom app anymore:
Go to Settings, and click on Integrations.
Click on Disconnect Zoom account.
Or:
Log in to the Zoom App Marketplace here.
Click on Upheal for Zoom.
Click on Uninstall.
