You can upload independently recorded sessions to Upheal and still get all of Upheal’s AI-supported benefits, including a transcript, session notes, and analytical insights. You might choose this option if you don’t have an internet connection where you hold your sessions, if you’d like to add past sessions, or if you want to upload dictated notes. You can also upload recordings from your mobile device.

Uploading a recording

  1. From your Upheal dashboard, click Upload recording, and select the client.

Or, from a client's page, click Upload recording.

  2. Select the session type. Choose a regular session type, or dictated notes.

  3. Name the session, select the date, and choose the note type.

  4. Select the file to upload. Either drag and drop your file in from another window, or click Upload from a device to browse your files.

  5. Click Create session.

7. Your session will take a few minutes to process, and then your transcript, notes, and insights will be available.
