You can upload independently recorded sessions to Upheal and still get all of Upheal’s AI-supported benefits, including a transcript, session notes, and analytical insights. You might choose this option if you don’t have an internet connection where you hold your sessions, or if you’d like to add past sessions.

You can also upload recordings from your mobile device.

Uploading a recording

  1. From the menu, click New session, then click Upload, and choose a client.

Or, from a client's page, click Upload.

  2. Browse your device and choose the recording, or drag and drop in a file.

    Then, click Continue with processing.

  3. Select if it's a recording of a session or of dictated notes.

  4. Fill in the session details.

  5. Click Continue with processing.

  6. Your session will take a few minutes to process, and then your transcript, notes, and insights will be available.
