At the top of your notes, you’ll see a header that includes information about the client and the session. From here, you can change your client’s profile information, as well as information about that specific session.
Changing a client’s information
From the session header, you can edit the client’s name, pronouns, email, phone number, date of birth, sex, and address. These changes apply to the client’s general record, and they will reflect in all of your future session notes and update in existing notes.
Hover over the Client section of the header.
Click Edit client.
Make changes, and click Update to save.
Changing session information
From the session header, you can edit the session title, summary, date and time, duration, format (in person or online), and CPT code.
