Upheal works both remotely and in person (you just have to record the session on your phone). Here's how to add any previously recorded content to Upheal so that you can have a nice, comprehensive case history for every client.

For iPhone users:

Make sure you have your recording in Voice Memos.

  1. Select the recording and click on the extended menu (the three horizontal dots).

  2. Then towards the bottom, click on Save to Files.

  3. Now you can select the recording from your iCloud. If you have it saved on your phone or another Cloud solution, just click Back.

  4. Choose the file's location, for example, On My iPhone.

  5. Now go to Upheal in your phone's browser, select your client's profile, and click on New Session.

  6. Click on Upload from Device Upload.

  7. Now Choose File and repeat steps 3 and 4.

Now, all you need is to give the session a name and specify when the session was conducted. That's it! Your session should be uploaded.

For Android users:

Depending on your phone’s brand, the below may look slightly different than in our screenshots.

  1. Open your voice recording app.

  2. Long press on the recording you want to save and select Save As.

  3. Save the file to any folder.

  4. Open Upheal and click on Upload from a device.

  5. In your android app drawer select Files or any other File browser.

  6. Select the recordings you saved earlier.

Now, all you need to do is give the session a name and specify when the session was conducted. That's it! Your session should be uploaded.
