If your therapist is planning to hold your sessions with Upheal’s video calling platform, you’re in the right place. If you attend sessions in person, on Zoom, or on a different calling platform, you can skip this page – you’ll keep attending your sessions as usual.
You don’t need to create an account to use Upheal as a client. To join a session, just click the link your therapist sends you.
If you haven’t already agreed to Upheal’s Terms of Service, you might see a request to do so. If you’re curious about our policies, check out this page about agreements between Upheal and clients.
Click on the link in your email.
Depending on the type of link you’ve received, you might need to enter your email address.
Then, you’ll need to give Upheal permission to access your microphone and camera. Click Prepare access.
Click Allow.
Now, you’re in the waiting room for your session! Adjust your settings as needed, and click Knock to join to tell your therapist that you’re ready.
