When you use Upheal with a client under the age of 16, a parent or legal guardian needs to consent to usage agreements on the client’s behalf. It’s important to note that Upheal's records do not differentiate between the client or a guardian providing the consent. As a provider, it is your responsibility to maintain accurate records of the guardian's consent.
