You can reassign a client to a different provider on your team. You can also add providers or administrators to a client so that multiple team members have access to the client. Only practice admins can assign clients and team members.
Reassigning a client to a different provider from your team
To switch a client from one provider to another:
In Settings, go to Clients. Click the three-dot icon on the client's line.
Click Assign team members.
To choose a different team member for the client, click Switch.
Select the team member, and click Assign.
The new provider replaces the previous one. Make sure to inform the client of the change if you haven't already.
Adding a team member or provider to a client
To add an additional provider or administrator to a client, so that multiple team members have access to the same client:
In Settings, go to Clients. Click the three-dot icon on the client's line.
Click Assign team members.
Click Add team member.
Choose the team member you'd like to add, and click Add.
All assigned team members will be able to view and edit the client's sessions and information, regardless of who created the client or has held sessions with them.
