Who is eligible for our referral program?
To earn rewards for sharing Upheal with colleagues, you must be on a paid Upheal plan. Our referral program is currently only available to Upheal customers on a Premium subscription.
How does the referral program work?
If you’re a Premium subscriber to Upheal, simply share your referral link or referral code with colleagues. Both the link and code are unique to you, so we can trace exactly how many referrals you make and when to calculate your earnings. Everyone who also becomes a paid customer as a result of your referral will benefit from 20% off of the subscription price for the first three months.
How much will I earn?
You will receive 20% of the monthly subscription price (after any applicable discounts) for every referral you make for the first 12 months. Please note, that we define successful referrals as ones that become paying Upheal customers like yourself. You will be sent the money as a cash reward independent of your Upheal bill.

Imagine you refer 5 colleagues in their private practices, and they all sign up for the $149/month Unlimited Sessions plan. If they remain subscribers for a year, you'll earn $1,699. Best of all, there's no limit to how much you can earn!

First 3 months
Your referral's subscription plan price + discount: $149 * 0.8 = $119.20
Your earnings per referral: $119.20 * 0.2 = $23.84
Total for first 3 months and 5 referrals: $23.84 * 3 = $71.52
Total for 5 referrals: $71.52 * 5 = $357.6
Next 9 months
Your referral's subscription plan price: $149
Your earnings per referral: $149 * 0.2 = $29.80
Total for 9 months: $29.80 * 9 = $268.20
Total for 5 referrals: $268.20 * 5 = $1,341
Full 12 months
First 3 months: $357.6
Next 9 months: $1,341
Total for 5 referrals: $357.6 + $1,341 = $1,698.60
Are there any limitations?
New organizations can have up to 5 healing professionals. If you refer larger organizations, the reward model changes slightly. Please contact us for details.
Will those I’ve referred benefit too?
Yes, all successful referrals will receive a 20% discount off their subscription price when they sign up for Upheal for the first three months.
How do I get paid?
After you subscribe to Upheal, our team will contact you for your preferred payment method and details so we can send you your referral earnings.
Can I apply a referral code after signing up?
Yes, you can. In your practice profile settings, you’ll find a space for entering the referral code. We can associate you with the referrer, so they're entitled to the referral bonus and you're entitled to the discount.
