Treatment Summaries are in beta, which means we're still making adjustments to ensure that you have the smoothest possible experience.

What are Treatment Summaries?

Treatment Summaries can help you prepare for your next session with just a quick scan. The summary is a brief overview of your client's most recent session, incorporating information from their Treatment Plan if you've generated one.

Where can I find my client's Treatment Summary?

You can find your client's Treatment Summary in multiple places β€” click each one for details:

Your client's profile page

Go to the Treatment Summary tab:

Events in your Upheal calendar

If you click on a scheduled session, you'll see the client's Treatment Summary there. Don't worry, it won't be shown to your client!

Upheal video calls

In Upheal's own video calling platform, you can see your client's Treatment Summary while you wait for them to join the call:

Upheal's Zoom app

If you use our Zoom integration, you'll find your client's Treatment Summary on your client's page:

When do Treatment Summaries update?

Your client's Treatment Summary will update after each new session.

Why don't I see a Treatment Summary?

There are a few reasons you might not see a Treatment Summary:

  • We didn't automatically generate Treatment Summaries based on sessions held before we introduced this feature. So, once you hold a new session with your client, you'll see a Treatment Summary.

  • Treatment Summaries are available on our paid plans, so if you're on our Free plan, you won't see them.

  • If there's a technical problem generating a Treatment Summary, you'll see an error message. In that case, feel free to reach out to Support in Upheal.
